Hello! We are Jen and Dana - owners and founders of Willrose!  Best friends, moms (four kiddos in total), and first responder wives who share a love for delicious food. ​Our interest in charcuterie is rooted in our Italian heritage and comes from years of hosting friends and family.  Over the years, we found that creating spreads filled of carefully selected cured meats, artisanal cheeses from around the world, and accoutrements fostered beautiful memories with the people we love.

 

It wasn't until 2021 when we decided to bring these thoughtfully curated spreads to our community. We started by offering small boards for intimate gatherings and quickly expanded into full grazing tables for large events and classes. ​
